Lizzie Dipp Metzger

Founder and Financial Advisor, CFP^®

Lizzie’s firsthand experience on how disruptive business succession and estate planning can be, she saw the need for financial advisors to act as quarterbacks, truly overseeing the big picture of a client’s needs, not just the parts that they’re directly involved in. She founded Crown Wealth Strategies to be that kind of firm, and she credits her comprehensive, client-centric approach with the fact that her business has grown into one of the most sought-after advisory practices in the nation.

Berthy Nora Aguirre-Corral

Financial Professional

Berthy is a Bilingual and Bi-cultural Financial Services Professional. Her main focus is working with business owners, physicians and families with special needs in retirement planning, insurance, and investment, all while providing expert guidance to help them achieve lifelong financial well-being.

She earned a BA in Tourism Administration at the Insituto Superior de Turismo in Chihuahua, Mexico in 1988. That same year she migrated to the United States. She entered the professional world in 2000 after being a full-time mom for twelve years. Later, she became a Senior Media Consultant for Time Warner in El Paso and then a Business Consultant for the international marketing company Hibu. At Hibu, Berthy became part of the USH elite team of professionals, whose aim was to understand and reduce the advertising and digital divide that separates Hispanic-owned businesses from more advanced US enterprises. Her favorite special interest is serving as a volunteer talking to young parents, special needs families, and business owners about her experiences as an immigrant to the United States, and about her struggles to advance and succeed, despite the language barrier.

She serves as a volunteer for different organizations; however, she is noted for her identification with and passion for AVANCE’s mission when she became a member of the board in 2004. She also served as Secretary National Board of Directors and chaired the Programs Committee from 2010 to 2014.

Berthy finds her biggest inspiration to succeed are her four daughters, Nora, Anna, Ivonne, Clarissa and her granddaughter Frida Anabella.

Kristin Hermosillo

Financial Professional

Kristin joined Crown Wealth Strategies in 2018, taking on various roles to support both the company and its valued clients. Her most rewarding assignment to date is her current position as a Financial Professional, where she has the privilege of expanding Crown's services to Tucson, AZ. With a Group 1 License, Kristin is qualified to serve clients in both Texas and Arizona, providing cross-state support. She is also pursuing additional securities certifications to enhance her ability to guide families toward achieving their financial goals.

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Prior to her career at Crown, she served in the United States Air Force as a Contracting Officer for six years, which included one overseas tour. She is actively involved in various youth sports organizations and proudly serves on the board of her son's football booster club. When she's not on the go with her loving husband of six years and their five children, Kristin enjoys unwinding with a good comedy movie or an engaging thriller novel.

Passionate about helping others reach their financial aspirations, Kristin is driven by a desire to educate and guide those feeling overwhelmed or uncertain about their financial future. Her mission is to equip them with the tools and a clear roadmap to achieve financial freedom.

Pablo Magdaleno Carlos, CLU^®, ChFC^®

President of Operations and Client Experience

Pablo A. Magdaleno Carlos, President of Operations and Client Experience for Crown Wealth Strategies, started his career in the financial services in 2006 working with several prominent financial institutions. He has developed expertise in financial planning, client relations, strategic development systems, and growth development coaching.

Pablo graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s in business administration degree in Operations & Supply Chain Management from the University of Texas at El Paso. Additionally, he currently holds his General Lines License, SIE, Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, Series 66, and Series 26. Additionally, Pablo holds the professional designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) from the American College of Financial Services.

Pablo prides himself in supporting his community partnering with multiple non-profit organizations to strategically support programs and projects within our community. He currently serves as Chairman of the board of directors for the El Paso Children’s Hospital Foundation & the University Medical Center Foundation, as well as serving as President Emeritus of the board of directors of the Children’s Grief Center of El Paso.
